Bay Street finance plc Lm3 million 8% bonds 2012 closed

Bay Street finance plc announced yesterday that the public offering of Lm3 million 8% bonds 2012 was oversubscribed and closed early that day.

The basis of the allocation policy to be adopted will be announced later this week.

The managers and registrar for Bay Street Finance plc were, Lombard Bank Malta plc, while Wilfred Mallia of Charts Investment Management Services Ltd acted as sponsoring stockbroker.
