Global Group management training

Responding to the need to continually train and develop its staff, The Global Group recently organised management training for its executives and managers. The training, which took place over a number of days, was provided by US based consulting and training firm Raleigh Consulting Group. Mr. George Alwon, managing partner of Raleigh Consulting Group who flew in purposely for the seminar, facilitated the training.
A similar training program was carried out in 2004 and managers who attended in 2004 also attended this year’s sessions. The training seminar reviewed the development and changes in management practices over the period and focused on best practices to further improve communication skills amongst management. The sessions concluded with an individual development plan for all members present.
The Global Group is made up of Globe Financial Management Ltd, British American Insurance Co. (Malta) Ltd, BUPA Agencies Ltd, Globe Fund Advisors Ltd, and MY Insurance Brokers Ltd, all of which are licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority. The Group also includes Quadrant Ltd, which operates as a property management and consultancy company.
