Dhalia promotes Malta at ‘House Hunters in the Sun’ exhibition in Dublin

Two weeks after their return from the ‘House Hunters in the Sun’ Exhibition in Dublin, Dhalia are following up on a number of enquiries, which were initiated at this three-day exhibition. Held at the Royal Dublin Society in Ballsbridge, Dublin, this exhibition was attended by Irish residents seeking to invest in holiday homes in countries with favourable weather conditions.
The Dublin Exhibition was attended by Michael Mifsud from Dhalia’s Luxury Living office at Portomaso, and Jeffrey Ciantar, Manager of the Dhalia branch office at The Strand, Gzira. Dhalia promoted a range of up-market projects from Luxury Living’s vast database, together with an array of properties situated in vantage coastal areas in Malta and Gozo.
Throughout the exhibition, Mifsud and Mr. Ciantar had the opportunity to meet a number of prospective clients and provide them with information about Malta and the property market. Clients were also briefed about the procedures involved in purchasing a property in Malta, as well as the advantages of investing in Malta.
Speaking about Dhalia’s participation in this exhibition, Ciantar and Mifsud said, “Our aim was primarily to promote Malta as a destination where individuals can invest in a holiday home or a permanent residence. In fact, through our presence at this exhibition we have managed to make a number of good contacts which we have been following up over the past weeks.”
