Peter Bugeja is the newly appointed Operations Director for 6PM Management Consultancy Limited with effect from today. 6PM is a global provider of products and services dedicated exclusively to supporting business change through carefully selected partners, tools and techniques.
Peter, has been working in the ICT Sector for the past 23 years and the last post he held was that of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer with MITTS Limited, the ICT Agency for The Government Of Malta.
In the previous 3 years, Peter held the position of Chief Information Officer, responsible for MITTS Limited internal initiatives and ICT change programme. Even before this time, he lead the Information Systems Services Department, which responsibilities included the development, procurement, implementation and maintenance of business systems for Malta’s Public Service.
Between January 1999 and March 2000, he was appointed on Malta’s national Y2K Task Force.
Bugeja also provided ICT consultancy services to the Caribbean countries through the COMNET-IT and is also specialized in Software Quality Assurance including Auditing. He also spent 15 years working in the UK with BT, assigned within its computer division, where he was responsible for the centralized computer operations (during BT’s privatization programme) to application development and management of BT’s billing and accounting systems for the South Eastern region.
Peter was born in 1961, is married and has three children. |
