Vodafone’s secure e-billing and the environment

Vodafone Malta is offering a free secure e-billing service. Postpaid Vodafone customers can now choose to receive their bill by e-mail every month instead of receiving a paper bill. Vodafone will send an e-mail containing a secure link directing customers to their bill in PDF format.
“At Vodafone we are proud to announce that various initiatives are being implemented aimed at managing Vodafone’s environmental impacts in order to be a responsible business. This e-billing facility also enables our customers to manage their bills better, more conveniently and effectively,” said Rachael Cuschieri, Campaigns Executive at Vodafone Malta.
For individual accounts, customers may either access Vodafone’s website and fill in the necessary details or call 247 and a Vodafone’s Customer Representative will subscribe customer to the Secure E-billing service upon validation of password.
If a customer receives one bill for all Vodafone lines and services on the same account, s/he needs to download the application form from www.vodafone.com.mt and fill in the necessary details.
The electronic bill is a valid fiscal document.
