BOV Sponsors Dean’s List for 13th Consecutive Year

Bank of Valletta recently renewed its sponsorship to the Malta University Faculty of Arts Dean’s List. This list is compiled every year by the faculty and is made up of students who achieve ‘A’ grades in a minimum of 80 credits during the first two years of their course. The students who made it to this year’s prestigious list are Joseph Anthony Debono, Olivia Debrincat and Christian Kemp.
Odilon Scerri, Manager at Bank of Valletta’s University Branch congratulated the three students during an award presentation presided over by University Rector Professor Juanito Camilleri, in the presence of Professor Dominic Fenech, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts.
“This is the 13th consecutive year that Bank of Valletta is sponsoring this award and reaffirms the Bank’s commitment to promoting excellence in education. This award recognises those students who excel in their field of study and encourages other students to continue to strive for excellence”, said Mr Scerri.
Professor Fenech praised the students for attaining such high percentile grades without any fails or re-sits. The Rector added his congratulations to all students for their achievement and thanked Bank of Valletta for its long-term support towards this initiative.
