ICON launch new Light website featuring Web 2.0 integration

Light is a new movement in photography that has come to embody unconventional creativity. The members of Light entrusted web development company ICON to create a website that implements Web 2.0 and Flash technology help showcase its works and creative ventures.
Light is made up of photographers Aaron Mifsud Bonnici, Gege Gatt, Therese Debono and fashion guru Mandy Farrugia. The website reflects Light’s fresh and highly stylistic approach to its art. Extensive galleries found on the website feature fashion, portraits, landscapes and abstract photography.
As leaders and innovators themselves, ICON delivered a site that makes the most of new web technologies to effectively reach a broader audience. The website employs Web 2.0, a technology that facilitates communication and information sharing. By using real time social interactive sites such as Facebook and Flickr, followers of Light are guaranteed constant, up to date information and the chance to interact with members of the group. Users are also afforded the opportunity to participate in fashion shoots and other creative projects.
The site is LIVE now at www.lightsquad.net
