HSBC’s AIDA 9 guarantees return on investment

HSBC has launched the ninth issue of the successful Annual Income Deposit Account (AIDA), denominated in Sterling. This exciting product is very popular with depositors looking for capital security on their investment.
AIDA 9 is based on the trading performance of the FTSE 100 Index over a five-year period. This issue offers investors a guaranteed annual return whether markets improve or deteriorate. Return ranges from a minimum of 2 percent p.a., up to a maximum of 4 percent p.a.
The closing date for this limited issue is 14 August 2009, but HSBC may close this offer at any time prior to the closing date.
