Fine & Country Real Estate now in Malta

Fine & Country, the prestigious international real estate brand has opened for business in Malta. The Brand was launched during an event held at the Westin Dragonara on Friday 18 September 2009. Fine & Country CEO Mr Malcolm Lindley and Mr Richard Combellack, Director of GRS International flew to Malta for the inauguration.
Fine & Country rapidly became renowned for their unique blend of intelligent and creative property marketing, coupled with a professional approach to the sale of individual and country property.
Since its inception only eight years ago, the network has grown from the first four offices, to over three hundred and forty offices in the UK alone, ranking third in the number of properties sold, behind Knight Franks and Savills, and first for the number of properties listed.
On an international level, the Fine & Country brand enjoys a very strong presence in South Africa, the Middle East, West Africa, Qatar, Mauritius and Jersey. Notwithstanding the prevailing credit crunch and the downturn in the international property market, the brand still registered significant growth opening new offices in Cyprus, Portugal, Russia, Thailand and the United States.
Mr Geoffrey Ciantar, Fine & Country Malta Operations Director, and his partners, Joseph Sullivan, Andrew Gatt and Michelle Attard, said that, “they were immediately impressed with the pride with which each and every member of the Fine & Country family carries the brand and the high standards of excellence in everything they do. The results speak for themselves”.
The significance of the event extends well beyond the simple introduction of a new real estate brand. In the absence of a regularized real estate industry, customer confidence is enhanced through a professional approach, the highest standards of service and a strong business ethic.
Fine & Country understands that buying or selling a home is an important investment decision and a lifetime experience. Fine & Country offers developers, investors and property owners, comprehensive, innovative and focused marketing solutions on a regional, national, and international level. Furthermore it offers buyers professional, personalized and honest real estate advice.
Mr Ciantar concluded that to become part of the Fine & Country network, the team had to have the know-how and the resources to distinguish themselves from their competition. “Representing the prestigious brand that is Fine & Country reinforces our conviction and gives us the confidence to broaden our expertise by providing an unprecedented level of excellence to all our clients, for a brighter future”.

The Fine & Country Malta branch is located at 92 Gorg Borg Olivier Street, St Julian’s as well as, Mosta Road, St Paul’s Bay. For further insight visit
